A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Rillito units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Rillito, AZ kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Rillito roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Damage Repair in Rillito isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Rillito, AZ, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Rillito, AZ-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Ask any Rillito property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Rillito call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Rillito started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Rillito dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
We size the Rillito response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Rillito property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Rillito, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Rillito accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Rillito job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
Every Rillito job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
Every Rillito estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Our Rillito, AZ warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Rillito tech at your door inside an hour.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Our Rillito team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
The closest available technician is routed to your Rillito property with equipment staged and ready.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
We measure moisture with instruments, not guesswork, and we won't sign off on a Rillito job until those readings match the dry standard for the materials involved. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That's not a marketing line — it's written into every Rillito work order we issue. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
